Work With Me
You don't need another productivity hack.
You need a space to design your own. Your way of working, deciding, leading
METHOD · IN REAL LIFE · PROGRAMS · FAQ
A coaching practice for women in transition. Built around how you function, not against it.
What stops costing you.
This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. You've just been listening to everyone but yourself.
When you start listening, things move.
You understand how you actually function, and you start building around it instead of against it.
You get clear on your values — the real ones, not what you thought you were supposed to believe — and you start making decisions from there. And you trust those decisions, because you really know why.
You invest your energy in what lights you up, and you do it your way.
And somewhere along the way, you realize you're standing in your Shine Zone: a baseline rooted in you. Success feels natural, fun, sustainable, and robust. And it carries you, even when life shifts.
It doesn't happen overnight. But steadily (and for real) you learn to shine on your own terms.
So how does this actually happen?
How I work
Coaching is a structured process: that's how it gets magical.
And a true partnership: that's how it gets real.
Every program starts with a clear, specific goal. That focus is what makes it powerful: we're not wandering, we're going somewhere. My job is to create the conditions for clarity to surface: the right questions, the right pace, and a space safe enough to be honest with yourself.
Instead of starting from an external goal or someone else's template, we write your user manual first (your nervous system, your values, your natural strengths) and design outward from there. That's the Inside-Out Design: building something that holds and adapts, like the living world. Not by force, but by fit.
What you can expect: shifts can happen early, often in the second or third session. But the deeper work takes time. It's in the later sessions that the real patterns emerge, the self-trust builds, and you start making choices that hold, not because someone told you to, but because you finally see clearly enough to trust yourself.
Honest conversation, body-based and creative practices, side by side. Your body often knows before your mind does, and once you start listening, you learn a lot. I keep paper, colored pencils, and markers close by, and so should you. We give nicknames to emotions, turn sensations into images, and capture what's true on paper before the rational brain edits it out. Images are deceptively fun: they get past the mental filters and put something true on the page for us to explore.
A safe space, with room for truth.
Steady rhythm, solid structure, judgment-free. Within that frame, what emerges is for us to discover.
What every program has in common:
Gently challenging.
I won't let you play small, but I'll never rush you either. We go where you're ready to go, and if it gets hard, we figure it out together.
Designed to fit a full life.
Sessions every two to three weeks, enough rhythm to build momentum, without adding to the overwhelm.
Grounded in real life.
Big realizations get turned into decisions and next steps. The kind that survive Monday morning.
Probably not the right fit if…
You want a recipe in 5 steps, or someone to tell you what to do with your life.
You're in an acute crisis that needs clinical support (I need you to take care of your health first).
You'd rather not look at what's underneath, at least not yet.
If this is not the right fit for you right now, I'll tell you honestly. And when I can, I'll point you to the right person.
I'm a certified professional coach trained at Coaching Ways, an ICF-accredited school.
That's the method. Here's what it looks like in real life.
In real life
In coaching, you are the expert of your own life.
I'm just the one asking the questions you haven't asked yourself yet.
-
She was building her own practice and felt stuck. Everyone around her kept saying the same thing: "Find your niche. You need a defined market." She tried and tried, but nothing fit. And she started questioning her project and her abilities.
In our work together, we dug deeper: past the strategy and into her values. And what emerged was a real conviction: she didn't want to exclude anyone. She didn't want a niche. She wanted to be a space where anyone could feel understood.
"I wasn't stuck because I couldn't do it. I was stuck because I was doing it everyone else's way."
Once she stopped forcing it, she allowed herself to build an identity rooted in what she stands for, and not in who she leaves out.
-
She was in a career transition, looking for a new role. But she couldn't focus. She'd say yes to everything: every opportunity, every suggestion, every lead, because saying no felt like closing a door she might need. So she ran in every direction and finished nothing. And then blamed herself for it.
When we started working together, it became clear pretty fast: she wasn't scattered. She was so afraid of choosing wrong that she couldn't commit to one path.
Naming that made room for the rest. She started practicing a new sentence: "This opportunity is not for me." She cut back her working hours, not to do less, but to create space to come back to herself. From there, she found her focus, trusted her own judgment, and put real next steps in place, not perfect ones, but hers.
-
She'd felt the misalignment before she left, but when she came back, it was impossible to ignore. The real block wasn't about knowing what to do next. It was about trusting herself to start over. What if I'm not good enough for something new? What if I fail at reinventing myself?
We worked on that: where the fear came from, what strengths she kept overlooking. And something shifted when she stopped waiting for permission, and started taking time to think, to look around, to plan. She didn't need anyone's green light. Slowly, she started to believe she could be good at something new, and feel like herself doing it. She applied. And she kept going.

If something here stayed with you, that's worth a conversation.
Find your fit
Sparkle when you have a clear question. Glow when the real topic is still hiding underneath. Radiate when you want the full design.
Sparkle
Clarity sprint
5 sessions over 2 months
For when you know the question, and need to see clearly enough to decide.
You know what's on the table : a role decision, a project that won't move, a specific situation that needs courage and clarity. You don't need to unpack everything. You need a focused space to look at this question, hear yourself on it, and act.
What's included:
5 sessions over 2 months: 1 deep-dive (90 min) + 4 focused sessions (60 min)
A pre-session questionnaire before each session
Sparkle isn't an exploration journey. It's a sprint on one identified topic, from day one. We map it in the deep-dive, work through it in 4 focused sessions, and you walk out with a decision that holds.
Glow
Grounded transition journey
8 sessions over 3–4 months
The sweet spot: deep enough to shift, structured enough to hold you.
You're in a transition, and you can feel it's about more than logistics. Glow gives you the time and space for the full Inside-Out Design: your values, your strengths, your patterns, until decisions come naturally and momentum builds.
You walk away with: a clear decision, a plan that feels right, and a fresh sense of confidence on the topic you came in with.
What's included:
8 sessions of 90 min over 3–4 months
Self-knowledge tools tailored to you (values, strengths, personality frameworks)
Guided exercises and curated resources between sessions, reviewed by me
Session notes + pre-session questionnaire to keep our work focused
A dedicated workspace + closing document to anchor what you've built
Radiate
Cocoon for deep alignment
12 sessions over 6 months
6 months to understand yourself deeply, and design a version of success that actually fits.
You're ready to go all the way in. You want to understand how you function at the core, and build a life and career around that. Radiate is your cocoon: six months of steady, immersive work where you learn to do things your way.
You walk away with: a real sense of who you are, what drives you, and a direction that's truly yours. One you can build on with confidence.
What's included:
12 sessions of 90 min over 6 months
Everything in Glow, plus:
Ongoing async support between sessions. You're held, not just during sessions
Written session summaries after each session
A post-program check-in, because what you've built keeps growing after we wrap
A dedicated workspace: your full journey, documented and yours to keep
You walk away with: a true understanding of who you are, and the tools, the clarity, and the self-trust to keep building from there, anchored in your Shine Zone. The kind of foundation that makes everything just a bit lighter.
Not sure which one is right for you? That's OK. Message me and we figure it out together.
We can work in English or French, remotely, or in person in Stuttgart, Germany
Questions you might have
-
That's more common than you think, and it's absolutely fine. Many women come in with a vague sense that something's off, not a clear goal. We start where you are, and clarity emerges from there. That's literally what coaching is for.
-
There's no perfect moment. Most women who come to me are in the middle of something (a transition, a shift, a moment of "I can't keep doing this the old way"). That's exactly what makes the work relevant.
What matters more than timing is a bit of room to think. You don't need hours of free time, but you do need some quiet mental space for one or two sessions a month, and the reflection between them. If your life is completely saturated right now (an acute crisis, a major health event, a move in three weeks), it's fine to wait a few weeks. But you don't need everything to calm down first. It rarely does, and the waiting itself often feeds the stuck feeling.
If you're unsure whether now is your moment, message me. We can figure it out together.

We talk. Honestly, deeply, and sometimes with a few laughs. I bring the structure, ask the questions you haven't asked yourself yet, and we work with whatever comes up. Some sessions are intense. Some are lighter. All of them move you forward. Sessions are in English or French, online via Google Meet (or in person in Stuttgart if you prefer).

Every program is different. I adapt to what you need, not the other way around. But here's what I draw from:
Self-knowledge tools: We explore your values, your drivers, and how you function under pressure, through different types of exercises and sometimes frameworks like MBTI or Enneagram as a shared language. They're never used as labels or diagnoses. Only if they bring you clarity.
Nervous system & somatic awareness: Grounding, breathwork, co-regulation, and body-based check-ins, informed by polyvagal theory and somatic approaches. In plain terms: your nervous system drives more of your decisions than you think. These tools help you notice what's happening in your body, come back to a state where clear thinking is possible, and make choices from a grounded place — not from survival mode.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC): We use it to name your needs, make clean requests, and build boundaries that hold, without guilt or aggression. It's one of the most powerful tools I know for women who've spent their lives over-adapting.
Creative & reflective exercises: Journaling, guided visualizations, visual mapping, spatial exercises, vision boards, collage, or drawing, to bypass the mental noise and access what's true. No artistic skills needed. The goal isn't pretty. It's clarity.
A dedicated workspace (Glow & Radiate). Your personal space with session notes, exercises, resources, and everything we build together, so nothing gets lost and you can come back to it anytime.
Everything is consent-based. I never push a tool on you. If something doesn't resonate, we skip it. No shame, no pressure.
-
No. Coaching is not therapy and doesn't replace it. I don't diagnose, I don't treat, and I don't work with acute mental health crises. What I do is help you understand how you function, make decisions, and take action. If I feel your needs go beyond the scope of coaching, I'll say so honestly and refer you to the right professional, because your wellbeing always comes first.
-
Yes, sometimes. And you don't need to be "creative" (or artsy) at all.
When it helps, we might use visual tools: mapping, crayons, drawing, collage. We also work with guided visualizations, bodywork, movement, or words. Each person is different, and I adapt the tools to what resonates with you. I'll never force something that doesn't speak to you.
The goal isn't talent or aesthetics. It's clarity you can act on.
-
Then you're in the right place. Whether you're ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, gifted (HPI), highly sensitive, or any combination, my approach is neuro-affirmative. I work with your wiring, not against it. That means predictable structure, sensory-aware pacing, written clarity when helpful, and zero shame. You don't need a diagnosis to benefit from this. If the way most spaces work has always felt slightly off for you, this one is designed differently.
-
Yes, for Glow and Radiate, you can spread payments over the duration of the program. Glow can be paid in 2 installments, Radiate in 3. The total price stays the same. No extra fees. We'll sort that out together before we start.
Say hi !
You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to start.
Message me with:
what you're navigating right now
what you want to feel different in 3 months
I'll get back to you within a few days, personally, in writing. We'll usually figure things out that way: a couple of thoughtful messages are often enough to know if we're a good fit.
If it helps (and for Glow or Radiate, it often does), we can also have a short audio conversation (15 minutes, camera optional). No sales pitch, no pressure: it's just a chance to hear each other and see if coaching is the right next step for you.
