You don’t need more effort.

You're not stuck because you're not trying...you are! You're lost because you're following a plan that was never yours.

A transition can be either chosen or forced on you: a new role, a career change, a return after leave, or burnout.

Sometimes it's quieter: you've checked every box, but everything weighs on you. Sometimes it's a late realization about how you're wired that turns everything upside down.

Often, you realize that being the good girl no longer fits you, or it exhausts you. What used to work doesn't anymore, and the next step isn't clear yet.

You've probably already searched a lot: read, tested, tried to get more organized or more disciplined. You've learned, understood, and done a thousand things. But the tiredness comes back, and the same patterns with it. That deep-down tiredness where you keep going on guilt until your body has to say "stop" for you.

A pink line drawing of a heart with muscular arms flexing.

Because, of course, you held on, you performed, you learned what each situation expected of you, and you did everything you were supposed to, all while telling yourself it wasn't enough, that YOU weren't enough. That's over-adapting, and as women, we've been trained very well.

We're conditioned early to be perfect: nice, useful, pretty, always up to the mark. So we doubt ourselves, we believe we're never enough, and we meet everyone's expectations but our own. And it goes on for so long that we lose the thread of our own desires, needs, and talents.

I coach women, often perfectionists and highly sensitive, who are done over-adapting and want to build from what's truly theirs.

If this sounds like you, welcome home!

  • You live a lot in your head: you analyze, you anticipate, you plan for every scenario, and it wears you out.

  • You've often been told you're "too much": too sensitive, too intense, too curious. What you mostly feel is you’re never quite in the right place.

  • You doubt yourself, your choices, your relationships, and that doubt costs you a wild amount of energy.

  • You carry everyone else, but the moment it's about you, you lose your own user manual.

  • You'd like to feel free, and you spend your time monitoring yourself.

  • You feel you have a lot to give, and yet you're going in circles.

And despite the books, the trainings, the coaching, and the methods that "work for everyone," you're missing the click: understanding how you work, really, from the inside.

Note: I use “women” as a practical shorthand for people who are socialized and treated as women in professional and social contexts. If this space resonates with you, you’re welcome here!

Build from the inside out

You've been told to "get out of your comfort zone" your whole life.

That advice has it backwards. You don't need to leave your comfort zone. You need a plan that actually fits it.

Your comfort zone is your safe ground, and it's because your nervous system feels safe there that you can think, decide, and create. Your zone of genius is what you do naturally well, so easily you've stopped counting it.

So we work differently. Instead of starting from someone else's template, we start from what's true for you: your nervous system, your values, your strengths, and design from there. Through structured exploration, nervous-system regulation, creative tools, and honest conversation, at your pace.

That's the Inside-Out Design: first, we write your user manual, then we build your next step from there:

1.‍ ‍You learn to have your own back. You stop over-adapting. You honor what matters, name what drains you, and decide from who you really are.

2.‍ You build momentum that runs on your values. When it fits who you are, it doesn't cost you. It carries you.

3.‍ You find your Shine Zone — where your comfort zone meets your zone of genius, because your natural talent needs safety to come out. A baseline rooted in you, where success feels natural, fun, sustainable, and robust.

What it changes

First, you stop believing you're the problem. You make how you work an ally, not something to fight or tame.

  • You finally understand why some things cost you a wild amount of energy, and you organize differently, your own way.

  • You make the decisions you'd been putting off. And they hold, because they start from you.

  • You set boundaries without guilt, and you honor your sensitivity instead of swallowing it.

  • You take back the controls: you know what you want, you say it, you honor it.

  • You succeed without suffering, and you call that success.

  • You stop surviving your day-to-day and start moving toward what fits you.

And you shine, not because you're forcing it, but because you stop pretending.

The coaching for the transition you're going through

Build what's next, your way. One method for different situations.

Change paths, step into a new role, or come back after a break, with the energy to shine.

Stop being the good girl, over-adapted and a perfectionist, and lightly choose a next chapter that's fully yours.

Understand how you work to design a luminous life that moves with your neurotype rather than against it.

“But you’re shining! ”

Hi, I'm Mylène.

Certified coach and ex-corporate. I used to think shining meant fitting the mold and never letting anyone see me struggle. Looking fine was the one KPI I never missed. It took falling apart to finally ask: what if I could shine on my own terms instead?

For me, shining on your terms means being yourself, on purpose. Today I hold an honest, caring space where women turn what feels messy into clarity and a plan that fits.

It starts here.

You don't need to throw everything away or become someone else. Coaching gives you a space to fully be who you are, understand how you work, and build from there. Simple as that.

It all starts with the Lantern Session:

90 minutes to shed light on what's stuck, spot your first blocks, and clarify what you really want.

You leave with your topic named and a clear direction to continue on your own or with me.

90 min, € 160 € 120 deducted if you continue with a program afterward.

Then, three programs,

built on a structured approach, powerful tools, and a touch of creative work, tailored to you.
