You've done everything right.
And yet you don't know where you're going anymore.
I've been there. That's why I do this work.
A little about me
I'm Mylène Thisse, a (self-)leadership and transition coach. I help women find clarity in moments of change, and build success that fits, and holds.
When I say "leadership," I mean self-leadership: knowing who you are, what you need, and guiding yourself from there.
Based in Stuttgart, Germany, I'm French and I've been living abroad for the past 10 years. I know what it means to reinvent yourself in a culture that isn't yours, and to figure out who you are when everything around you has changed.
Before coaching, I spent years in the corporate world, working with clients and teams across cultures and time zones. So when you tell me about pressure, code-switching, constant adapting, I get it.
But even before that, I worked in social housing, researching how to adapt public policy to people's real needs. I loved that work: listening deeply, understanding what people truly needed, and supporting them in voicing it and creating their own solutions. That's still exactly what I do, and I still love every bit of it.
I'm late-diagnosed neurodivergent, so I'm the last person who'll ask you to fit a mold, or assume I know what you think, want, or feel.
And I'm a mum, so yes, I know what it's like to juggle everything and still try to show up fully.
Oh, and just so you know: I have high standards. Not for perfection. Only for authenticity… and for croissants. In our sessions, we go from tears to laughter and back and we tackle serious things without taking ourselves too seriously. That's how we get to the real stuff.
For a long time, I tried to solve misalignment with over-achievement. Spoiler: effort was not the missing ingredient. Eventually, life made it clear: I couldn't keep building success by overriding myself.
That's when my definition of success changed: from "good on paper" to truly livable. Not smaller. Not less ambitious. Just more honest. More sustainable. More robust.
That's the heart of my coaching now: we go looking for what's true for you, so you can build success in your work or your projects in a way that's aligned and yours.
What I offer is a space that's safe and gently challenging — so you can decide, for yourself, where you want to go next.
What I'm like as a coach
“It's safe here. And we don't pretend.”
I'm a certified professional coach (ICF-trained), and I invest in continuous learning and regular supervision because I believe the work never stops, for me either. I work within a clear ethical framework: confidentiality, consent, and respect for your autonomy.
I'm not here to give you a recipe for your life. I'm here to help you hear yourself — clearly — and turn that clarity into choices you can stand behind.
Women I work with often describe the same shift: they finally understand how they function and start building around it. That attention to themselves: their needs, their pace, their way turns out to be exactly what makes them succeed. It's a baseline shift. And from a baseline that's truly theirs, they can meet whatever comes next.
This work isn't for everyone. It's for you if you're ready to question what you've been taught about success, and to dig deep, honestly, until you find what fits you. Really.
If this resonates, send me a message — tell me what you're navigating and what you want to feel different. That's all we need to start.
Sound familiar?
I coach in English and French, remotely, or in person in Stuttgart, Germany.
